About Me

Steve Bernardo is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in Business Banking. His primary market is Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including the Cape & Islands. His clients are privately-owned companies, mostly with annual revenues $5 to $50 million. He and his team deliver concierge-like service and solutions around treasury management, investment of excess liquidity, corporate card programs, and all types of financing. He is a 4X National Pinnacle Award winner which recognizes the top 2% of Relationship Managers across the country. Steve joined Bank of America in 1991 and has been in his current position since 2006 helping businesses with their banking needs. Steve holds a both B.S. degree in Finance and an M.B.A. from American University. He later earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his class. His hometown is Bristol, Rhode Island where he lives with his wife Lisa. To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Steve volunteers for various non-profit organizations.
