With a background in commercial banking and credit, he puts his experience to work to offer creative ideas and solutions. Over the last 25 years with Bank of America, Ryan has worked across industries such as hospitality, food manufacturing and technology. He especially enjoys the food industries, born of a fascination with the business, and pleasure, of cooking and dining out. Serving such a high-pressure industry has proved to be a good grounding for other sectors. it's allowed him to bring ideas that are working in a sector like, for example, hospitality to other areas such as manufacturing, healthcare, or technology. Ryan is also a crypto entrepreneur and advocate, capitalizing on his deep interest in technology. He enjoys identifying ways to help clients digitize and achieve greater efficiency. In his personal life, he applies his relationship skills and love of connecting with others to his community, by volunteering, coaching, and helping entrepreneurs on their path to success.
