About Me

Neshan Charshafjian is a Sr. Relationship Manager for Bank of America in the Orange County Business Banking division. Working for the bank, he delivers the full capabilities and commitment of one of the world's largest financial institutions directly to his clients. He leads a team of financial specialists who work with his clients to better understand their business and proactively provide unique opportunities that help them succeed. He joined Bank of America in 2004 as a personal banker in retail banking then became a small business specialist where he began working with small businesses. In his current role, Neshan is serving privately-held companies with annual revenues from $10 million and up. He has earned numerous top performer awards for his dedication and consistent approach to serve his clients while exceeding their expectations. During his career, Neshan has been involved with various industry groups. He is also very active in the community with his church to help with fundraising efforts and volunteering for events. He has been in Orange County for most of his life and currently resides in Costa Mesa with his wife and three daughters. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine along with a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a 2014 honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, along with having his management report published in the school's lending library.
