About Me

Mindy Nichols is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Mindy's mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing over 30 years of commercial banking experience, Mindy has spent her entire career at Bank of America and its predecessor banks. Within the bank, she has worked in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Healthcare & Institutions, and previously served as the Market Manager for the Consumer Bank in Palm Beach County. Throughout her banking career, Mindy has served mid-sized companies in the South Florida area to support their commercial banking needs. Her specialty is providing businesses unique and creative solutions.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities she serves, Mindy volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on improving childhood education, strengthening our community, and ending food insecurity. She is a mentor for teammates across Bank of America and serves on the Board of Directors for two local nonprofit organizations.

Mindy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling and hiking.
