About Me

Lydia Swanson is a Senior Vice President and Sr. Relationship Manager for the Minnesota Market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Lydia's mission is to deliver excellent service while helping her clients pursue and achieve their business goals, no matter how simple or complex.

Bringing over 10 years of experience, Lydia joined Bank of America in 2021. She began her banking career at another national Bank where she was most recently a Vice President serving as a Sr. Relationship Manager . Throughout her banking career, Lydia has served mid-sized companies throughout the Metro area to support their commercial banking needs.

Lydia volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on ending hunger and homelessness in the Twin Cities and promoting STEM education in our youth. Lydia also participates in several internal and external leadership networking groups. In her free time, Lydia enjoys traveling, playing piano, and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Medina, MN with her husband and 2 kids.
