About Me

Lisette Diaz is a Vice President and Relationship Manager covering the New York City market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In her capacity, Lisette's responsibilities include leading a team of specialists, focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.Lisette's mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. Bringing 10 years of experience, Lisette joined Bank of America in 2013 as a Personal Banker in our Consumer Space. Throughout her tenure, Lisette has held various positions at Flagship locations here in New York City, mostly serving midsized companies throughout the Metro Area. Lisette has been recognized for her ability to not only serve all clients' needs but surpass their expectations.To help create a more sustainable future for the companies' communities she serves, her commitment and passion focus on various local issues such as: homelessness, hunger, and to end child disparities.As a member of our well-known internal network- HLBC (Hispanic Latino Business Council), Lisette is committed to growing our Hispanic/Latino presence at Bank of America, along with mentoring individuals to support their professional growth.Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Lisette graduated with a Bachelors from DePaul University. She resides in New Jersey with her two fabulous daughters, a Catahoula Leopard dog named Paris and a loving Fiancé.
