About Me

Leslie Ford is a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Bank of America Business Banking in the Inland Empire Market. With 20 years of experience in Banking, he leads a team of highly experienced treasury, merchant services, and lending specialists to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions tailored to each client's unique priorities. His passion is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, creating a platform for partnership and growth through the power of every interaction.

After joining Bank of America in 2014, Leslie worked in several key areas of the bank before accepting his current position in Business Banking. Throughout his career, Leslie has developed expertise serving manufacturers, paper convertors, medical professionals, and distributors in the region, proving instrumental in achieving their expansion goals, and supporting their commercial banking and lending needs.

Leslie has a strong commitment to give back to his community and does so both on the job and in his personal life. He is a Board Member of First Tee Inland Empire, and the Professional Development Co-Chair for the Black Professional Group's Inland/Coastal Chapter. In his personal time, Leslie and his family volunteer with Angel Tree, providing gifts and meals to children with incarcerated parents, and The Harvest House, providing groceries to families experiencing food insecurity, and delivering meals and supplies to homeless communities throughout California.
