In her Relationship Manager role, she helps clients through creating efficient processes that support better service while pairing her clients needs to solutions that help them flourish. Early roles in Management and Small Business gave her valuable insight into what really matters to business owners, enhancing her perspective of what clients need to get to that next chapter. Building relationships is a key focus for Jovena - both with clients and experts in the bank - to help understand challenges and formulate solutions. She's a strong advocate for digital transformation, providing solutions and guidance to help businesses improve efficiency. Her drive to make a difference is reflected in her work with the community. As a Filipino American woman in finance, Jovena views her success as an opportunity to pay it forward; she's passionate about diversity and inclusion, and inspiring others to consider a similar career path. She volunteers at local organizations and enjoys building connections with people using skills she's honed in her banking career - listening, understanding needs and working hard to fulfill them. In her spare time, Jovena enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
