About Me
James is a Marine Corps veteran who transitioned to banking after completing his MBA at Babson College. His background in technology and military aviation now coupled with his role as a business banker help serve CT's aviation and manufacturing industries. His first role in banking was as a manager of a service group dedicated to servicing and supporting medium and large businesses. With a new career start centered around providing exceptional client experiences coupled with his drive to solve problems, James switched roles in order to connect directly with customers and hear problems from the source. His goal remains the same - to help clients identify problems and find meaningful solutions that create efficiencies for the business and its employees. With a background in service, what's driven James throughout his career is understanding that an exceptional client experience is holistic - every encounter with the bank matters. He is passionate about helping clients along their digital journey to achieve operational excellence. His drive to serve others spans his personal life where he works with little league sports teams, New England's Junior Achievement and as an adult leader for the cub scouts as ways to educate and teach children. To escape, James enjoys spending time with his family, and dreams of learning to sail (2025).
