David Martinez is a Business Banking Relationship Manager with Bank of America, serving business owners across Greater Houston, Clear Lake, Texas and nationwide. He delivers SBA financing, commercial real estate lending, and tailored capital strategies that strengthen balance sheets, improve cash flow, and fuel sustainable growth.

Fluent in English and Spanish, David holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston Downtown. Growing up in a family business that thrived for more than 30 years, he understands the vision, resilience, and precision required to lead.
