About Me

Brian Velasquez is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager with Bank of America’s Commercial Banking team, covering the Greater Rhode Island market. Brian’s journey includes over ten years of steady advancement through Bank of America’s Consumer Banking and Commercial Banking verticals. His multi-line of business experience, along with a strong understanding of the financial services industry, allow Brian to cultivate meaningful relationships with his clients, partners, and teammates.

Today, his clients are privately-owned medium sized corporations. As a Relationship Manager, Brian leads a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs and providing strategic financial guidance and tailored commercial solutions. Treasury management, commercial lending, and customized working capital structures are some of the critical solutions his team employs. Brian has been recognized as a Pinnacle Award winner, garnering the distinct pleasure of being among the top 2% of Relationship Managers across the enterprise.

Brian attended Johnson & Wales University, earning a B.S. in Management and an MBA in Finance. Committed to giving back to the community he serves, Brian is a board member for College Visions, and The Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work he enjoys traveling with his family, trying new culinary experiences, and supporting all the New England sports teams.
